300 (2006)

300 is an epic fantasy war film based on part fiction and part history directed by Zack Snyder. The plot revolves around King Leonidas the leader of the Spartans who took 300 of the strongest Spartan men to war against the Persian Empire.

The film is filled with epic battle scenes and much gore, where 300 Spartans slaughter the advancing army of the Persian Empire. Viewers should be expecting massive amounts of bodies, pile upon piles. This film is suited for people who like action, suspense, epic battles and violence, though not recommended for children as there is too much gore.

All in all, 300 is an epic war film that is a must see by fans of this genre, epic fight scenes after epic fight scenes leaves the viewer wanting more, this film in my book is one of the best.
